Cannot complete User Management challenge – “Add New User” permission error in Trailhead Playground

Hi Trailhead Support,

I’m currently completing the User Management module as part of the Salesforce Administrator trail.

Each time I try to complete the challenge step “Add a New User,” I receive the following error message:

• “You don’t have permission to access this page,” or
• “Page not found.”

I have confirmed that I’m logged in as a System Administrator in my Trailhead Playground, and I’ve already tried:

1. Launching the Playground directly from the module.
2. Switching between Lightning and Classic interfaces.
3. Creating a new Trailhead Playground and retrying the challenge.

However, the same error occurs in every Playground when attempting to open the “New User” page from Setup → Users → New User.

I suspect my Playground org may be missing the Manage Users permission or has restricted access to the “Users” page.

Could you please help reset or refresh my Playground permissions

so that I can complete the challenge and earn the badge?
