- Click the Setup icon , then select Setup.
- In Quick Find box, search and select Prompt Builder.
- Click New Prompt Template.
- For Prompt Template Type, choose Sales Email.
- For Prompt Template Name, enter Check-in Welcome.
- Keep Check_in_Welcome as the API name.
- For Description, type Check-in welcome email.
- For Related Object, choose Guest Event. For step 4, in the dropdown section, there is no option for Sales Email. I cant progress past this step. Can someone assist please?
