I have an agent in which there is a topic called Meeting insight extraction which gets the Meeting notes from an action which triggers an autolaunched flow that gets the Meeting notes from the Meeting_Notes__c object. While testing the Agent I'm getting en UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION. What went wrong?

Hello @Sanket Hegde, it seems the NoteName input is empty, so make sure it is retrieved upfront, declared as input variable in the flow and required if requested to set up this way. Eric
