I'm having trouble finding information on NPC Volunteer Management.  We are moving to NPC from a homegrown database used to maintain guest and volunteer information for a homeless shelter.  I've read enough to realize V4S is not the same as Volunteer Management but I'm trying to figure out if I have a choice between the two or need to use Volunteer Management.  It looks like V4S allows you to have volunteer sign ups from your website at no cost.  If I'm reading correctly, Volunteer Management on NPC requires the additional purchase of Experience Cloud to allow this direct interaction with volunteers.  Trying to make sure I use / install the best option.  Can anyone confirm that?
