we have complex mule application with few loops, transform messages, multiple choices etc. in local it takes just about few milliseconds but when we deployed this application on server with 2 replicas , it is taking more than 7 seconds.

this sounds like your use case is heavy on processing side. Would be nice to check your CPU and memory usage in RTF.
