Is there a way to see the runtime tied to the API or visa-versa?

I know the api tied to exchange but is there a way to get to the runtime from exchange or the api manager?

If not what would be the ideal way to reference it? Basically the runtime has a specific naming scheme that is not user friendly so having a reference to it somewhere on the API settings or exchange would be handy.

I was thinking of using the label or the implementation URI, basic endpoint, and figuring it out from the non cloudhub part.

Any thoughts?
