Oracle EBS Connector with PL/SQL call

Has anyone used ORACLE EBS connectore to call PL/SQL APi in mule 4 . I am not able to fetch the metadata for the PL/SQL Api and not able to get any package names which have been graanted to the user . also the connector gives successful test connection with any credentials
