To explain the issue: we send contracts in bulk to our clients. Some clients may receive 100 documents to sign at once via Conga Batch, but they receive everything in a single email since all documents are sent at the same time with the same subject email. We would like to implement a way to differentiate each contract so that each signature request is sent in a separate email, making the process easier for our clients.
Would it be possible to modify the email subject to differentiate the different contracts? It seems that it is not possible to put a merge field...

Sending each contract in a separate email with a unique subject line using Conga Batch can be challenging, as it typically sends all documents in a single email, and inserting merge fields into the email subject line isn’t supported.
To achieve individualized emails, you might consider using Conga Conductor, which allows for batched and scheduled email deliveries. Alternatively, integrating Conga Composer with Conga Trigger can automate the process of generating and sending documents, potentially allowing for more customized email subjects.
