I've finished the Configure an Agentforce Service Agent Challenge and got it verified. I am working with questions from the uploaded PDF and only getting the default answer. I've spent way over 20 minutes on it to index the document. I'm getting the error below in the builder.

Final Update: I attended a couple of sessions from Trailhead Academy & also attended the Agentforce Toronto tour in person, last week. So, the hypothesis from experts is that the playground orgs don't have the Data Cloud configured and advanced agent features as RAG will only work with unified data.
