Issue to sign up for a free Developer Edition org with special configuration (Prompt Builder Templates Superbadge Unit)

Hello,

When i signup to a developer edition org with special configuration for the Prompt Builder Templates Superbadge Unit, i don't get any mail.

I noticed other similar posts at the end of October with a resolution, except that I'm now also experiencing the problem.
