Can we add/delete the custom field in the Managed Package?
If yes, how can we do it?

Add/Delete Fields in Managed Package:
Open the managed package development org.
Go to Object Manager > [Object].
Add or delete the custom field as needed.
Update the managed package version to include these changes.
Push the update or release a new package version for subscribers to install.
