I want to give a user access to view Connectors in Account Engagement settings tab without giving them the Account Engagement Admin role.. They currently have Marketing role
Is that possible and if so what settings do they need if I setup a permission set

Thanks for that...but I'm wanting to give a delegated admin user access to view the connector tab..
I tried creating a new role in AE that included view connector but it won't allow me to change the user's role due to user sych
I did read that you can stop the user sych for that particular user, however, I can't see where that is possible
