Hi there,
I have 2 reports on a dashboard- 1 is qualified leads, and the other is Won Customers (accounts by start date)). They both give a total eg 150 leads, 50 won customers. How do I compare these totals and get the % conversion?
Note not all converted leads become an account

That is not gonna be possible in Dashboard using setup & configuration or anything like that.
For that you'd need to use a Joined Report with a Cross-Block Formula, or (maybe) a Leads with Converted Lead Information Report
