Hi,
On a sandbox, we've published a few hundred articles, but when we use the standard “Answer Questions With Knowledge” action, the answer is always empty. Regardless of the query.
A priori, all the requirements are OK.

Sorry, I forgot to reply.
We tried again after several days and it worked.
Why did it work? We don't know. We didn't change anything.
But we abandoned the project because it didn't meet our expectations.
