Does TaskRay supports customizaton ? Can we create custom fields on the user or resource record to track their roles. For example, create a multi-select picklist field called “Roles” where we can select all applicable roles for a resource.

Question

The above requirement is for the business case where one resource can be mapped to different role. A funcationality unavailable in TaskRay .

Hi Nikhilesh,

Since TaskRay is 100% Salesforce Native, you are able to add custom fields as needed to meet your business Use Case as long as you have System Administrator access in your Org.
