Milestone Time trigger email warning actions not being sent outside business hours to support engineers only sent between 8 am to 5 pm

 

Milestone Time trigger email warning actions, we have set it for 2 hours before the assigned milestone is completed. At the entitlement level we have set to our current business hours 8 am to 5 pm , but we have off shore resources working on these tickets and we need the 2 hour violation emails to be send all 24 hours to them when ever it occurs and not stop when it is not business hours, i am guessing since we have business hours assigned at entitlement level, this is happening but need the emails to be sent 24 hours? i tried adding after hours in business hours and now the emails are coming through in sandbox but it is messing with the milestone timers, that is timers is just displaying 12 hours instead of 24 hours as it is after hours now,  did anyone face this issue? we do not want the milestone timer to change but to receive these warning emails at all time, please let me know if any suggestions
