Could anyone advise me on how to integrate a file upload option into a Web-to-Lead form, enabling users to upload files while creating a lead?

Sorry to inform you Salesforce's built-in Web-to-Lead functionality unfortunately doesn't offer native support for file uploads. However, there are a couple of approaches you can consider to achieve this:

    1. You can implement Visualforce pages or LWC in Salesforce Sites. Check this out.https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000386429&type=1
    2. you can try this with WORDPRESS and PHP as mentioned in this article https://www.susannelumme.com/salesforce-hack-web-to-lead-with-file-upload/
    3. You can explore Explore 3rd party apps like Titan Web for Salesforce (https://titandxp.com/salesforce/web-to-lead/file-upload/). These apps integrate with Salesforce and provide a user-friendly way to add file upload fields to your Web-to-Lead forms, often with a drag-and-drop interface.
