Hi All,

 

I am sending a notification to some internal users whenever I reschedule a Service appointment. When the Service Appointment is reassigned to a different resource the Assigned Resource updates only after a few seconds, because of this when my flow automation runs on Assigned Resource update(SA Reshcduling), it still gets the previous Service Resource name in the Custom Notification.

 

Has anyone faced similar issue and is there any setup that I have to make in order to avoid this behavior?

    @Naveen venkatachalam Have you tried adding a debug log to understand which processes are triggering when you reschedule your service appointment to a different service resource? One option could be moving your flow to a scheduled path with a 1 minute delay?
