Hi All!
I have allready set up Time Tracking for status changes on WorkOrder so I have information about how long time was spent in each status as well as the total time spent on each WorkOrder. Time tracking has master detail to the WorkOrder so I can display there sum of all relevant records.
I am trying to create report that shows the percentage of Workorders that were closed within some timeframe, lets say 40 hours, grouped by Service Territory.
I have Created Report on custom report type: WorkOrders with Workorder Status Change, grouped by Service Terratory Name and Work Orfder Number. Then I am having trouble on how I can create Summary formula to give me the percentage within each territory how many of those workorders have the total time spent less then 40 hours.
Has someone done something similar and can share some tips ?
Can you post a screenshot of the Report, showing the Report Type, the Settings, and Filters that you're currently using, the results you're currently getting, and a mock-up of what you want?
