Looking for a knowledgeable mentor who can ramp up my speed to get conversant with the Salesforce ecosystem.

My skill set includes C/ C++/ Python/ SQL, majorly in Support and Maintenance ans some development. I want to associate with a mentor to enter into the Salesforce ecosystem.  Any tips or referrals would be highly appreciated.
