Who on here uses Litify?

We've been a Salesforce partner for 15+ years and have done a number of enhancement projects with Litify customers. 

So - not a law firm or end user ourselves, but we have a lot of experience working with Litify customers, hearing what they love about the product and also what they wish it could do (the latter is why they hire us).
