Say I build a Scheduled-Triggered Flow on Case such that an email is sent to the Case Creator and Owner 24 hours & 48 hours from Case Creation.
In each scheduled path, is it possible to add a Decision element to validate the same Case has not yet "Closed" during the offset period before firing the email alert? Is this possible with Scheduled-Triggered Flows?
-- I understand this specific functionality I want to accomplish is a feature in Milestones, however my business use case has no need for Entitlements. And the reason I'm not looking into Escalation Rules is because the business wants to also email the Case Creator 48 hours into the Case as long as case is not closed.
