I am exploring Inbox and trying to understand what do I need to sync Events from Outlook. EAC seems to be one way but since it does not create records in salesforce I am reluctant to use it. Lightning Sync seems to be older feature .

Hey Riju, there are a lot of 3rd party applications that can accomplish this as well. Cirrus Insight, Riva, Linkpoint 360 to name a few.
