Can anyone clear up my confusion with 'View Reports in Public Folders' System Permission? Regardless if this is enabled or not, a User can still see all Reports in the OOTB Public Folder. My Client's requirement is to allow a certain group of Users to create Reports, however they should not be able to view Public Reports/Folders unless they have been manually shared with them.
