Basic Documentation on an integration between Wordpress and Salesforce with Mulesoft

Hi there,

I'm starting my Mulesoft journey and knowing zero about API integrations I'm seeking a very basic guide that would allow me to connect Wordpress to Salesforce for lead importing. I know that many plug-ins exist but some are paid and we'd like to reduce costs and use our Mulesoft integration license. Thanks.
