I have created an App which does OAuth2 and gets the access token and refresh token. We dont want to publish it to the AppExchange as our use case is specific to customer. We just call the APIs in background once we get the OAuth.
Do we still need to give the app to review or take any permission to start using the app for real customers?

Thanks @Ravendra Shukla. Also another question i had was, which will be best Salesforce account type to create the app or it doesn't matter? Is it developer edition or professional edition or Enterprise addition?
Multiple clients will be giving their OAuth to us and we will be syncing the data to our product that is the requirement.
