Apex Class Error

I am working on the Apex Basics & Database: Getting Started w/Apex Module.

I am trying to work through the Save and Apex Class into the call a Method to Send an Email but I keep getting this error:

Execute Anonymous Error

Line: 13, Column: 1

System.EmailException: SendEmail failed. First exception on row 0; first error: INVALID_ID_FIELD, ID is invalid or you do not have access to the record.: [toAddresses, Your email address]

Has anyone else had this error or can help me with this?

    I read through this and it states that I have to setup a contact substitution for this to work.

    Where do I do that at? It stated in the intial setup wizard but i have clue where to go to do this or fix this if I did not orginally set it up.

    Can you help?
