Not able to link Trailhead and Webassessor accounts

Hi, I have cleared the PD2 proctored exam on 9th july.  From then till today (20th july), I haven't received any email from Salesforce to link my Trailhead and Webassessor accounts. I think this email is must to link these accounts. I am not able to open a case with Salesforce as well (too much of guided tour which leads no where). Any help, please?

    Hi Gaurav,

    Usually,  You will be receiveing an email with instrcuctions on trailhead account email on how to link your trailhead account and webassessor with in a week. You need to follow the instructions and then you will receive the certificate credentials with in a week after you kink your webassessor account with trail head account.

    As you didn't receive any email may I suggest you please reach out to the trailhead support team at the below link so that they can help you out accordingly.
