I use the Excel Add-in on a regular basis and yesterday I started getting an error whe trying to sign in. 

"Error Generated by request:An Internal server error has occured while process your request

Url:Hrrps://www.salesforce.com/services/Soap/c/13.0

ExceptionCode : 5103"

I have been thru the blogs looking for an answer and none of them has worked for me.  I have conversed with out SFDC personnel in my company and they state that nothing has changed within the company that would create the error.  I have conversed with my peers that use the tool and they are now getting the error also. 

Has SFDC stopped / curtailed the use of the Force Connector?

    Hi Russell,

    I had the same problem. First, make sure you are not locked out of SFDC (since you tried to log in so many times), and if not, then try adding your token the end of your password.  This worked for me.
