Users can't refresh dashboards this morning, when clicking the refresh button nothing happens. I (admin) logged out, when I logged back in the refresh button was greyed out. The reports themselves refresh fine, and everything was working ok when users logged off last night. Is anyone else experiencing difficulties? This is across all dashboards I have checked, reporting against different objects.

Did you try a different browser? How many users are impacted? If the issue persists, I suggest submitting a case to Salesforce support.
