When someone fills out the Formstack volunteer application on our main company website, a new Contact record is supposed to be created in Salesforce (unless the person is already in Salesforce). In the last few days, some (but not all) of the Formstack applications submitted on our website are not creating new Contacts in Salesforce. There seems to be no obvious logic as to why some applications are going through in Salesforce and others aren't. All submitted applications appear normal inside Formstack itself. Our volunteer team submitted a ticket to Formstack and is waiting to hear back. Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so, did it end up being something you had to troubleshoot on the Salesforce side?
@Lizzy Roberts Thanks for checking in! We actually just resolved this issue yesterday, with the combined assistance of a consultant and Formstack support.
