i am trying to integrate outlook with salesforce but i am facing some issue , if i connect salesforce calendar with outlook calendar then "Log Email or Event" component is not visible in outlook it show error message like "This email isn’t available in Salesforce. Either it hasn’t been captured yet, or it doesn’t meet the criteria for capturing." and if i disconnect both calendar then it visible properly.
can anyone help me with this issue ?
