So according to the official documentation on the flow core action Send EMail (https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.flow_ref_elements_actions_sendemail.htm&type=5) it states:

Emails sent using the Send Email action don't include email signatures from My Email Settings. To include a signature, add one to the email template, flow text template, or other resource used in the Send Email action.

So what I've found is that this statement is untrue.  If the running user has a personal email signature then it most certainly will add it.  It's annoying as the action is referencing an Email Template ID (and the template has a signature following the advisory above) and is also sending using a OrgWide Email Address.  All the more reason why it shouldn't append the users email signature to the end.

Anyone else encounter this?  Is it a bug that just hasn't been picked up in testing?
