Data Mover was available as a stand-alone package until the last release. I am using it in an org. And now it lists in this orh as license expired. Is this supposed to happen? Can it still be installed separately? @Lori Freeman Also most links to the package and documentation have disappeared. Like this one: Salesforce Help | Article

Thanks @Judi Sohn I am aware that it was developed within the education cloud.
But the package was (is) stand-alone and has no dependencies on any other products. You could download and install it directly from https://install.salesforce.org/products/. It is actually a really nice product. A lot more flexible than NPSP data importer for example.
