Cumulative line graph by month that resets annually

Please help. I'm trying to create a cumulative line graph by month that resets annually. Essentially to show a constant trend line up and to the right for each month. I am trying to show a separate line for each year's unique count of accounts that have an associated record. For example, I have 6 unique accounts that have put in an order in 2022. I want to display 6 but the graph is showing 15. My table shows the information correctly but I can't get the graph to match.
