I am trying to create a validation rule that allows a user to update/modify only certain fields in the opportunity when he is not the record owner.
I have the following formula, nevertheless the formula just blocks any edition on any field when he is not the record owner.
Basically the fields, within the OR are the ones I want him to be able to modify. Can someone please explain to me why my formula is not working ?
