Hi there. I'm not understanding why there are 2 seemingly different ways to build a Lightning App:
1. Via Lightning App Builder
2. Via Lightning Experience App Manager | New Lightning App
Both offer 2 very different ways of building a Lightning App. What's the rationale?

To keep it simple, consider that
- Lightning App Builder is to build individual page (either home or app or record page)
- App Manager is to build the app, which is like a container (or folder), which holds the individual pages built in the first bullet above.
Of course, app manager > app is also a gateway to connect w external system, via "connected app" feature
