I'm stuck on Step 4 of the Service Cloud Specialist Superbadge, and I'm getting the error message, "We can't find the Initial Response step. Ensure you create the Initial Response step in the Cirrus Support Process." I do have a step in the entitlement process for Initial Response to Customer with a 20 minute time trigger and related violation action. Any ideas what I might be missing?

    Superbadges are part of the certification programs. You need to go back and check. Starting a  free org with a special configuration may help if you have any conflicting metadata. Trailblazer Community members cannot provide help with specific challenges for Superbadges. Superbadges are Salesforce credentials and sharing content or getting help clearing specific checks is against the Salesforce Credential and Certification Program Code of Conduct. You can check out the  Superbadges and the Salesforce Credentialing Program module on Trailhead for more information on our security policies. 

    There is also the Superbadge Challenge Help article (https://trailhead.salesforce.com/help?article=Superbadge-Challenge-Help) which gives tips for completing Superbadges and contains links to the individual Help articles for each Superbadge.
