How do I create 1 FLOW that moves Opportunity stages from A to B / B to C / C to D, etc.?
When each STAGE has its assigned Fields completed, I want to move to the next Stage automatically.
How do I do this in 1 FLOW?

Have you added the Decision element to the flow? There you'll be able to set up the different paths (A to B, B to C,...) by using conditions.
