I still can’t believe they’re not going to back away from this ridiculous I’m very poor change. Any idea what the real reason is behind the change? Introducing this amount of confusion to users is really a bad idea. We’re brand new and I’m almost ready to drop the Pardot product line because of it.
I’m going to try to get a salesforce as the master. It’s the master for everything else and I’d like to keep it that way. But my great concern is whether when people use the subscription center to opt out it will be reflected in salesforce. And I’d rather not have product be the master of anything because I truly am thinking of ditching.
