On my Developer Edition playground, I'm not able to access Analytics Studio. Even when using Salesforce Classic. On Lightning Experience, I can't even see Analytics Studio on my App Launcher which is why I'm using Salesforce Classic. When I click on Analytics Studio (On Salesforce Classic), it leads to a blank page, even with pop-up blocker deactivated. When I try to enroll in a new CRM Analytics account, it will say that either my username or email is already used...Is there any way I can get access to Analytics Studio?

You need a special edition org to get access to analytics. Please go to the below link and register for a CRM Analytics Org.

If you're having trouble with registering your username that's because that username has been used by someone in Salesforce. You need to use a unique username to get access to Salesforce, but you can use the same email over and over.
