In this task I am unable to see Element bar next to Manager or I am unable to do this talk… anyone can help?? How can I do that?

Elements bar will only appear when you are not in Auto-layout view. 

If you need to add a new element do it the same way you added the screen element - just press the +

Also: in future, please use Snipping tool (Windows + Shift + S) and Insert Image (not attach) - it will be much easier to read and for people to help you.
