I have completed Trail mixes for the Sipper Bottle and till now I haven't received any single Mail regarding it or my swag after completion.

I have completed trail mixes and till now I haven't received any single mail or update regarding it or my swag after completion of journeytosalesforce trail mix and it has been months now... so far till I haven't get any consideration. Please help me with this and suggest me the required actions.
