I work for a university and we recently started using Pardot. I want to use the social posting feature but it doesn't let me tag anyone. I see that the social cloud has those features. If I want to get social cloud, can I add it to my Pardot as an extra feature? or is that a completely different setup?

Unfortunately, Pardot does not have the feature of tagging any accounts to your social media post. Just able to add one single image and a URL. At least for LinkedIn posting.
