I have been using Time Based workflow rules to send emails from opportunities and could see the emails that were waiting in the queue.
Now I am moving WFRs to Flow and can schedule the emails, but cannot see the pending emails in the Paused and Failed flow interviews.
Is there somewhere else I should be looking?

Time-based flows should show in the time-based workflow section under setup. the same place you looked at your workflow rules.
