Ideas for a simple way of creating accounts/leads

Hi there!

I need to figure it out a solution for providing a simple front for the sales team to insert customers data, creating accounts or leads, not necessarily giving them an admin account. It could be an add-on or any other solution. I would like some ideas/suggestions.
