I created an approval process to approve opportunities that have a discount percentage (custom field) greater than 0. This approval process works well. I then created a flow to automate this process which also works well, I set the criteria to evaluate only when a record is updated to meet criteria. But when a record has been submitted for approval and rejected/approved, in the case that it needs to be submitted for approval again and I repopulate/update the “discount percentage field” the flow doesn’t run anymore.
So I created another flow to run “everytime a record is updated to meet the requirements” and it doesn’t evaluate just the discount percentage field. Even if I change the name of the opportunity this flow runs so it’s not a good option.
How can I achieve what I’m trying to do?
