On the Account object, we have a related list of associated contacts. I have one user who cannot see this related list. It is visible on the page layout she is assigned to. There aren't any visibility filters or anything applied to it. When she clicks the Contacts tab to view the related list, the page loads, but nothing is visible. She receives a small [javascript void(0)] message in the bottom left.
I've checked the user settings, object settings, I've had her try in incognito, and there is no change. Help?
So lets check this
Records are shared with both users or OWD is public
Both the users have same profile and are looking at same record?
If profile is different, have you ensured that page layout is not different for the profiles?
If records are different, have you checked if the record type and thus the associated layout is same?
I am assuming the related list is standard one and not a custom component.
If layouts are different, then can you change the layout assignment and make it same (just to check)
