In page layout its available and if you are going to login as a system admin we can able to see the email, new task and all.

 

But as a community profile is not showing. do we need to check any acccess ? can you please list out

    You can try email send permission but I think there is not possible with community and Seems like community users can not send emails from the community.

     

    Having an Idea related to this, hope to get a solution to this soon.
