Hi, I am trying to configure Patient Card via Health Cloud Admin Lightning app. I see that there are two objects with and without ehr.. prefixes for several objects like Immunizations, Allergies, Medications, and so on. What is the impact of picking one over another to the Patient card? And how can we make sure that we can tie also objects without ehr (means not HC custom objects) to Patient Card. I remember @Hayes Withrow showed something (also filtering fields) in one of the session to configure that way. This thread should give a good direction around the same: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/trailblazer-community/feed/0D54S00000H38zwSAB As far as I understand EHR were used in EHR integrations to get data basis HL7 standards. Picking the Standard Objects and fields should be future-proof.
